HBOS Australia's structure is made up of five operating divisions and four strategic support areas.

As the diagram shows, each operating division is aligned with a specific HBOS Australia company or brand.

Structuring our business this way means we're able to use the individual strengths and flexibility of each company to meet the diverse needs of our customers right across the financial services spectrum.

Our support areas - Corporate Services, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, Information Technology and Risk Management - provide strategic, cost-effective support to all of HBOS Australia's companies.

Our vision is to be a major Australian financial services company. To achieve this, our strategy is to grow nationally by acquiring new customers through a combination of service and market-leading products.
